Registration Fees
Registration is now open. Here are the registration fees for budget purposes (All fess in $CAN):

All Registrations include: Program Book, Opening Reception, Refreshment Breaks, Lunches1 and Banquet Dinner2.
Notes:
1. When completing your registration form you must indicate if you are attending the lunches and on which days in order to receive your lunch tickets.
2. When completing your registration form, you must also indicate if you are attending the Banquet Dinner on Wednesday, August 18, 2010 in order to get your ticket and reserve your spot.
Tickets for both the Lunches and the Banquet Dinner are only available until Friday, July 30, 2010. Registration must be received by July 30, 2010 in order to be eligible for your tickets.
