Instructions for Presenters
Oral Presentations
Authors may bring their presentation on either a CD or USB key to load on the Windows XP computer provided in the room. The computer will have MS Office 2007 and the latest version of Acrobat Reader. Authors are encouraged to confirm their presentation will run smoothly be checking at the Speaker Ready Room the day before their presentation.
Authors are free to use their own laptop (Mac or PC) for their presentation but must ensure compatability with the LCD projector prior to the start of their session.
Authors are encouraged to go to their session room to load their presentation prior to the start of the session.
Poster Presentations
Poster boards measuring 2.4 meters wide by 1.2 meters high will be provided. Posters should measure 2.4 m x 1.2 m or smaller. Push pins and Velcro will be provided to help attach your poster.
