The shuttles depart the airport every hour at 25 minutes after the hour and 5 minutes to the hour.
Hotel Departures to Airport

One way and round-trip tickets can be purchased at the Ottawa Airport ticket booth located in the Arrivals terminal (ground floor). Reservations not required. Debit, cash and all major credit cards are accepted.
Refunds: It is standard practice that all Airport Shuttle tickets are non refundable. The tickets are valid for one year. If you request a refund, all requests must be submitted in writing with a copy of your ticket to: YOW Airporter, 280 Metcalfe St., Suite 200, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada K2P 1R7.
